The LUTs are supported by any editing software that can handle .xmp files, including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
No, the LUTs are in the .xmp format, which is typically not compatible with video editing software. For video editing, you would generally require LUTs in the .cube format.
If you only have Lightroom and not Photoshop, you will be able to use the LUTs and the frames, but not the red halation effect, light leaks and flares. For those additional effects, you must have Photoshop.
